In Tanzania, a significant digital divide exists between urban and rural areas, resulting in limited access to ICT resources and opportunities for education, economic growth, and social inclusion. Inadequate infrastructure, high costs, and low digital literacy hinder community members from leveraging the benefits of technology. To address this disparity, establishing a Community ICT Center and mobile ICT-equipped vehicles is essential. The center would provide equitable access to ICT resources, promote digital literacy, and empower individuals and communities to thrive in the digital era, fostering inclusive development across Tanzania.
